The Sibson Inn Hotel is privately owned
and run by David Hinds and his great team. We are celebrating our 12th anniversary this year. We aim to provide a relaxed
and comfortable hotel in the style of the old coaching inns.We believe in good old fashioned British hospitality. Our guests
are pleasantly surprised by our level of service and the quality of our food.
We have 19 en-suite guest rooms, all have flat screen Tv's, dvd players, free Wi-Fi, complementary bottled water and tea &
coffee making facilities.

We are open during the week to non-residents for breakfast from 7.00am (8.30am
Saturdays, Sundays and 9am Mondays, except bank holidays) and lunch from 12.00 noon until 6.00 pm. We also serve
sandwiches, tea & coffee, scones, teacakes etc. in the afternoons. We start serving in the restaurant during
the evening at 6.00pm
We close after breakfast on Sunday's, unless by special arrangement
From 6.00 pm- 9.00 pm in the evening our
restaurant provides a modern a la carte menu provided by our head chef Chris Newman and his team. We use fresh ingredients
to help produce the best possible flavours to our dishes. We aim to be as flexible as possible when our customers wish
for something different that isn't on our menu.
We have a range of conference rooms to suit most requirements. We also specialise in weddings, both small and large, for every budget.
